Houzhenzi

This page has not been updated since June 2014.

Houzhenzi is the home of Taibaishan, a Sacred Daoist Mountain with a number of prominent Daoist grottos.

It hosts a national park forest, panda nursery and is also the water reservoir for the whole of Xi'an.

Local biodiversity, ecology and environment are being preserved with the utmost rigour.

No polluting industries allowed in the city and the primary local industries are are agriculture and tourism.
